Typical Kerala Style Beef Biryani with added gar am Masala Flavor

Beef Biryani Ingredients :

Beef - 1 kg
Basmati rice - 1 Kg
Big Onion - 6

Green chillies - 10 nos

Ginger-Garlic paste - 4 TSB
Garam masala powder - 4 TSB
Cumin seeds - 2 TSB
Coriander seeds - 2 TSB
Cardamom seeds - 2 TSB
Black peppercorns - 2 TSB
Cinnamon - 1 Piece
Cloves - 1 TSB
Nutmeg - Grated
1/2 teaspoon saffron
Ghee - 1 cup
Coriander leaves - For Garnishing
Lemon juice - 4 TSB
Salt - Required

Preparation Method of Beef Biriyani Recipe :

Slice the Onion in Thin and in lengthwise,Cut the Chillies in Length and kept it apart.

Boil rice with salt and drain it when half done,Add lemon juice and mix well.

Saute onion with ghee in a pressure cooker till brownish Color

Add green chilly, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala powder,Cumin seeds,Coriander seeds,Cardamom seeds,Black pepper,cinnamon,cloves,nutmeg,saffron,and salt as required and saute well.

Add beef and cook until the beef done well.

Finally add chopped coriander leaves.

Add boiled rice and mix well, close the cooker and simmer on very low flame for 3 - 4 mins.

Do not release the pressure. Let the cooker cool down for about 5 - 7 Minutes.

:) Beef Biryani will be tasty with raita,Pickle and papad.
