Ingrediants for Bread Uppuma:
Bread Slices - 16
Onion - 2
Few curry leaves
Tomato - 2 -
Green chilli - 4
Dry chilli - 2
Preparation for Bread Uppuma:
Cut bread in to small pieces and cut the Dry chilli also.Chop the onion, Tomato and Green Chilly in a way you desire.
Add Oil to the frying Pan followed by mustard, broken dry chilly and curry leaves and roast it well.
Add onion and green chilly to the above and again Roast well.
Now add tomato followed by cut bread pieces and stir well.
That's it Enjoy your bread uppuma with Chutney or your favourite dish.
