Potato - 3 (cut in the shape of French sticks)
Oil - For frying
Salt - 1table spoon
Water - 2glasses
Tissue paper - 4 or 5 (as required)
Preparation: - Add salt to water and stir well. Soak potato sticks in salt water for 10 to 20 minutes. Drain the sticks and wipe excess water from sticks using tissue paper. Fry it in hot oil till the colour changes to golden brown.
