Cauliflower Fry Recipe [Chinese Style]
Cauliflower - 500gm
Onion - 2 medium sized
Corn flour - 100gm
All purpose flour (Maida) - 25gm
Salt - To taste
Soya sauce - 3 teaspoon
Kashmiri chilly powder - 1 table spoon
Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
Oil - for fryingT

Preparation: - 1) Clean cauliflower.

How to clean Cauliflower

Remove the core (hard woody part) and leaves of cauliflower using a knife. Carefully wash the florets in running water. Then soak the florets in hot salt water for 10 minutes. So that small insects inside the flower will come out. After soaking wash the florets well.

2) Cook the florets in water with turmeric powder. Drain the cooked florets to remove excess water or wipe the excess water using tissue paper.

3) Make a paste of onion without adding water.

4) Mix onion paste, chilly powder, salt, corn flour, Maida to make a thick batter. You can add some water if required.

5) Dip each floret in the batter and fry in hot oil.

Delicious cauliflower fry is ready.Serve it with tomato sauce.
