Amidst volatile Trading today, booking Profit at Higher levels. As against the net purchase today at both Bombay Stock Exchange(BSE) and National Stock Exchange(NSE)combined at Rs. 671.12 crores,by Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs), theDomestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) made a net sale of Rs 802.95 crores on October 2010.

opened at 20,461.98, saw a high of 20,560.54, and a low of 20,383.16 before closing at 20407.71, a loss of 68.02 points or 1.93% over the Monday's close of 20475.73 points. The major gainers and losers in A Group shares were Sintex Inds,Essar Oil,Indiabulls Fin, Canara Bank, Hindustan Oil and losers in A Group were Adani Enter, United Spirits, HDFC, NMDC, and Voltas
NSE Nifty
opened at 6159.45 then went up to 6188.35 during the intra day and low of 6118.05 and ended the day at 6145.90, which was a fall of 0.22 % over its previous close. The major gainers in Nifty were RPOWER, RELCAPITAL, BAJAJ-AUTO, RELINFRA, RCOM while the major losers were HDFC, BHARTIARTL HDFCBANK HINDALCO HINDUNILVR
