Bribes,bribes and bribes!!!

I would like to open the eyes of our Politicians and the State Govt authorities to help the needy and poor,resulting to an extreme success for the fortune of our state.

The very astonishing and shameful culture what all of us experiencing for centuries are still climbing to the mountains now.
From the local village office peon(thank God, there is no sweeper post in village offices)to the Cabinet ministers level this civilization(cultivation)of "bribes" has been enjoying by these authorized weapons and paying the room for the said bribes by the survivors. The survivors are from the very poor farmers to rich business tycoons,were as the receivers also as said before from the Govt:peon to the Cabinet minister.
How shameful is this to watch and allow these kinds of bribes by our local govt:authorities, instead they too are keeping an eye open to look forward getting a prominent share from all these.
How come the people has to wait for long duration to get approval for any of their small request even for a residence certificate etc.
How long these are going to be continued,followed,recognized and finally sacrificed???
