Kerala Panchayat Election 2010 Results
Panchayat, Municipality and Corporation Elections in Kerala state was held in two sections, First section Kerala Panchayat Election 2010 was on 23rd October 2010 in 7 Districts, namely Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Kozhikode, Wayanad, Kannur and Kasaragod. The second stage Kerala Panchayat Election 2010 was on 25th October 2010 in other 7 Districts of Kerala, namely Alappuzha, Kottayam, Idukki, Ernakulam, Thrissur, Palakkad and Malappuram. Results of Kerala Panchayat Election 2010 of 13 districts excluding Kozhikode was declared on 27th October 2010 and Results of Panchayat Election of Kozhikode District was declared on 31st October 2010.

UDF ((Congress, IUML, K.Cong, etc) performed well and earned more seats and Wards in Kerala Panchayat Election 2010, LDF (CPIM, CPI, etc) got Three out of Five City Corporations in the state. But in Kerala Panchayat Election 2005 LDF was won in five out five City Corporations in Kerala State. UDF got leads in 39 Municipalities and LDF got leads 20 Municipalities only in Kerala Municipality Election 2010. In Kerala Panchayat Election 2005 LDF was won in 29 Municipalities and UDF was won 13 Municipalities only.

LDF won in 155 Corporation Wards in Kerala Corporation Election 2010.
B.J.P won in 9 Corporation Wards in Kerala Corporation Election 2010.
Others won in 12 Corporation Wards in Kerala Corporation Election 2010.

Total Municipalities in Kerala State : 59
UDF won in 39 Municipalities in Kerala Municipality Election 2010
UDF won in 20 Municipalities in Kerala Municipality Election 2010

UDF won in 1097 Municipality Wards in Kerala Municipality Election 2010.
LDF won in 803 Municipality Wards in Kerala Municipality Election 2010.
B.J.P won in 79 Municipality Wards in Kerala Municipality Election 2010.
Others won in 202 Municipality Wards in Kerala Municipality Election 2010.

UDF has won in 8 out of 14 District Panchayats and LDF won 6 out of 14 District Panchayats in Kerala Panchayat Election 2010. But in Kerala Panchayat Election 2005, LDF was won in 12 out of 14 District Panchayats and UDF was won only in 2 out of 14 District Panchayats.
