M V Nikesh Kumar, popular media icon of Kerala, is back in action with his latest Malayalam News Channel "Reporter".The 24 hours news channel "Reporter" from Indo-Asian News Channel (private) Limited will be launched on 11th may 2011.The new malayalam news channel "Reporter" is expected to create waves with the live updates on kerala assembly election results 2011.

Popular Writer M.T Vasudevan Nair will be the chairman of Reportor TV Channel. N.V Nikesh Kumar,managing director & editor in chief of the channel explained details about the launch of the new channel to the media on 5th April 2011. Reportor Tv will be the first High Definition channel in south India. Explaining the projects of reportor TV, the M.D of the channel, M.T Vasudevan Nair said, the channel gives more importance to bring trusted news at the right time. More than that a news ombudsman is appointed to clear the mistakes in the given news reports.The channel is expected to start a Journalism College in a short period of time. The vice chairman of the channel will be Dayalia George.
