Balachandra Akhil alias B Akhil described as an allrouder is a medium-pacer and middle-order batsman. His performance is very good for all the teams he played. He came with very good bowling performance in difficult pitches. with his bats, he saved his teams in several occasions. Although a moderate record is there in first class cricket and List-A games, he has a stunning striekr ate in Twenty20 matches which was enar to 150. His economy is also fair. His Cricket Career started in 1995 when he played for Cooch Behar Trophy in Under-19 team for Karnataka. He then became a part of senior team of Karnataka in 1998. He played more than 100 cricekt matches in which about 20 half centuries; made him a middle-order in the domestic team of Karnataka. He also picked over 100 wickets while playing for Karnataka.
