It was widely known that 'Snehaveedu' is the 300th film of Mohanlal. But the reports suggest that it is 304th film of Mohanlal, and 294th in Malayalam. According to anlalysis, Lal's 300th film was ' Kandahar ', which was a box office disastor. It is to be doubted that whether it is a deliberate plan to boost the marketing of 'Snehaveedu' and keep a lid on the failure of 'Kandahar'.
