The grand finale of Hairomax Miss Kerala 2011 was held at Le Meridian Convention Centre, Cochin on 8th October 2011 at 6.30 p.m. A total of 20 contestants were shortlisted for the final event after auditions conducted across the country for the beauty queens with Kerala Origin. The auditions were conducted in Cochin, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, and Dubai. Twenty contestants walked on the ramp to bag the coveted honour of Miss Kerala 2011. Every beauty contestants were closely monitored by the expert panel of juries in the areas of beauty and talent to crown the Miss Kerala 2011.
The judges decided the winners based on Dress-wear, Confidence and Communication of the contestants, personality, talent and answer to the judges' question. The selection was done by a panel of 7 judges which include Malayalam Film Director Sidique, Actor Indrajith and Poornima.
