Preview of film 'Asuravithu'
Asuravithu is Asif Ali's new movie which is directed by A. K. Sajan. The film tells the story of a youngster. Asif Ali performing the role of this young guy named Don Bosco. He likes to follow the path of Jesus Christ. He wants to help the society to reform the poor people. Don Bosco informs his wish to his parents that he wants to follow Jesus by joining to seminary.
Everything changes when he comes to Kochi. Kochi is ruled by the underworld princes. Brown sugar smuggling and Gunda attacks are very common in Kochi. Don Bosco have to struggle with these situations in Kochi. He fights against the wrong situations in Kochi. The story of the film continues with the incidents following his life in Kochi. The heroine of the film is Samvritha Sunil plays as Marty who runs a boat service in Kochi. She also draws the sketched figures of suspects, for the police investigation. New comer Janvy also plays a leading role in this film.
The film is a family action thriller. The director A. K Sajan himself do the script work of this film. Asuravithu is his third movie; his first movie was Prithviraj's 'Stop Violence' in 2002 and second one was Suresh Gopi's 'Lanka' in 2005. The film is produced by Shaji Thanaparambil under the banner of Leela Creations.
'Asuravithu' is already captured by the audience eye's with its wonderful stills and posters. Vishnu Namboothiri is doing a wonderful job for this movie as a cinematographer. His camera captures the action and adventurous scenes with perfection.
It is expected that this film will gives a new turning point to Asif Ali's film career. The film is an adventurous one and there had news that Asif Ali got injured while attempting a rope jump during the shooting of the film. He refused to take dupe for the particular scene to catch the originality.

About the director- A. K. Sajan
A. K. Sajan is famous as a director and as a script writer. His debut movie as a director was Stop Violence (2002) which was acted by Prithviraj. Asuravithu is his third movie; his second one was Lanka acted by Suresh Gopi and Mamta Mohandas. He did script works for a handful of movies in Malayalam. They are Butterflies, Kashmeeram, Janadipathyam, Manikka Chempazhukka, Meenathil Thalikettu, Crime File, Chinthamani Kolakkese, Aparichithan, Sharja to Sharja, Nadiya Kollapetta Rathri, Red Chilles, Dhrona, Lanka and now Asuravithu.
