Nadodi Mannan is a politically coupled story which revolves around a professional marcher. Padmanabhan was the only son of comrade Madhavan. His father was a veteran communist activist and leader known by his integrity. In his childhood Padmanabhan usually went for the party demonstration on hanging the arm of his father. In the midst of their life, when his father died obligation of look after family consist of mother and two sisters came under his head. So he forces to take a job for attaining life cost.
Padmanabhan wore dresses depending upon the colour of flag of the party which conducted the procession. This habit makes him dearest for everybody. Padmanabhan had spent most time his life in capital city Thiruvananthapuram with connection to the procession he leads. The march brings a big turning point not only in his life but also in political life. After this march he had been chosen as the candidate for the corporation election and gets elected and became the Mayor of the city. He was elected to a corporation with lot of corruptions and other criminal activities. This film narrates Padmanabhan's life and interesting incidence that he faces in his official life. The comedy King Dileep handles the role of Padmanabhan. Ananya represent a village girl, while Archana kavi has done the role of a doctor and Mythili act as a journalist.
