Method of preparation on Allepey Fish curry

Rinse the fish thoroughly with water and add a pinch of salt to marinate the fish. Coconut, chilly powder, turmeric powder, raw mango and tomato are to be crushed well to make a paste. Add a pinch of salt and turmeric powder into the paste into the coconut mixture. Heat the pan with coconut oil adds curry leaves and mustard seeds. Then add a coconut mixture into the pan and add salt for taste. Allowed it to boil for 15mins under stream then remove the pan from heat. Fish is to be washed well to avoid the smell. Needed amount of oil is to be added as per their wish. Salted is too added as per the taste.
