You need permission from Kerala Forest Department to get in this place. One day trip to this place overs a short trek about 2 to 3 kms to the hanging bridge. Generally, the entry point of road to this park is mukkali. You need to travel about thirty kms from Mukkali to reach the exact entry of Palakkad.

Best time for travel


Generally, tourists are not allowed to stay in the valley at night time. You can get a pass to valley from 8 AM to 2 PM every day.
