Trekking path in Agasthyrakoodam is opened for tourists from the month of January to middle month of March. Trekking passes to Agasthyarkoodam is issued by Kerala Forest department in Trivandrum. Vehicles are allowed only till Bonacaud region. Trekking to the peak requires nearly two days.
