Tournament Malayalam movie
Lal is back with Youngsters, in his latest movie Tournament , this is going to be really exiting task for the director because his previous ventures in ghost house inn and "To Hari Har Nagar" was having Back up the original Movie "In Hari Har Nagar", and he is introducing youngsters who are relatively new to the industry, he played safe till now This movie going to be real test of character for the director lal. Him being the distributor, director and producer of the movie, got that talent to market his movies, just check the official site of the movie how he is launching his movie, he is the best in the business. It is lal's third movie as independent director, like his previous two movies he has done the script of the movie, tournament is the Christmas release from Lal Creations releasing on 25th December.
Director fazil's son Fahad and Rupa Manjari are playing lead roles in this movie, along with them Manu ,Praveen,Prajin and Aryan are in the important roles. It is Fahad's come back to lead roles in Malayalam movies, his played the central character in Fazils "Kayyethum Doorath "in 2002 which labeled him as shabby but he made an impressive comeback with Ranjiths Kerala cafe. Rupa Manjari , "Thiru thiru Thuru Thuru" fame is making her debut in the Malayalam industries. It is the second movie of many youngsters Like Praveen who acted in Sathyan Anthikkadu's Bagyadevatha and Prajin, thriller fame.
Story line
Tournament belongs to the category of Road Movie This is the story of a bunch of 6 friends they are cricketers as well traveling from Cochin to attend a IPL Match in Bangalore by road since they miss their fight, they are joined by their friends and Freelance photographer Aswathy played by Rupa Majari in their journey, it is about the journey which turns their life and their experience, did someone said" Saroja", the story seems to have some resemblance to Venkatt prabu's Saroja (2008).
It is still unpredictable witch rout the friend will opt for their journey to Bangalore, the unpredictability is the real essence of Youngster's Movie. Since it is directed by Lal who senses the real pulse ordinance, it is gone be An Exiting watch for this Christmas.
What Special
It is Directed by lal that is the real plus for this movie, more than that it is produced and Distributed by lal creations, lal is giing his gurus son a second chance through this movie. Other good thing about this movie is the presence of shanu, he is a changed actor you can't see the shanu of Kayyethum Doorathu" in his Latest movies, he is matured as an actor, his performance in his last movie Cock Tail, Kerala Cafe and Pramani ensures it.
The songs by are wonderful especially the song" Nila Nila", and song are shot spectacularly by Venu, the song sequences give a sense of the maestro lal Jose's song sequences. The visuals are rich and Colour full, it will be one of his the best works of the cinematographer Venu ISC, the shots of back waters are done explicitly well. Music by Deepak dev as usual is the best. It will be an injustice if not mentioned about Prasanth Madav, the art director; he has done a really wonderful job
