Avial is semi dry preparation which contains a number of Vegetables.It 's prepration time last up to fifteen minutes.
Ingredients
Yam sliced to thinly-one cup
Cucumber sliced-one cup
Snake guard sliced-one cup
Carrot sliced-1/4 cup
Long runner beans sliced-1/2 cup
Drumstick -2nos
Raw banana sliced-1nos
Mango pieces-for sour
Grated coconut-1/2qty
Green chillies-5nos
Curry leaves-2springs
Coconut oil-3tbsp
Preparation Method
Grind together the coconut ,green chilles and cumin seeds to make a fine paste.Add Water and mix curd.
Clean the vegetables.Take two tbsp coconut oil in a vessel add this vegetables ,Add turmeric powder ,salt and mix it well.
no adding water.When it reach half stage remove vegetables and take banana slices and mango slices.
And add reaming vegetables ,when steam come out ,add coconut paste .
Remove it from fire stir well.Add curry leaves to it.
