First wash vegetables and slice to long pieces.Wash sambar dal,boil it with 3 cup of water. Add turmeric powder and curry leaves to it,keep it aside. Fry the ladies finger in coconut oil allow to become smooth paste form and keep it aside. Boil the tamarind water with salt,curry leaves,molasses,chilli powder,asafoetida. When it boil add 2tbsp coconut oil and all vegetables remaining. Then add prepared dal and stir well. After add ladies finger and the ground masalas. Turn off fire after boiling.season it with seeds and dried chillies. Sprinkle with corainder leaves.
