The audition was conducted at three levels under the administration of musical experts from film industry to find the best for the show.
The stage of The Super Star The Ultimate was set after a lot of activities behind the screen. The innovative 360 degree perspective set platform was the highlight of the shown which was set at the Chitranjali studio Trivandrum. The set had a mesmerizing look with Video walls, Mirror Museum and a stunning lighted stage covering over 10,000 square feet. The spectacular stage was designed introducing the 360 degree perspective set design which would be the first in the history of Indian television. This multi dimensional platform would be real time experience for viewers. Sabu Sivan, the man behind the great design had gone beyond conventional style of concepts making the set spectacular in wakes. It is know that around 2 months had taken to make the design which gave a visual experience.
Prominent musical genious P.Jayachandran, music director Sharath and Rimi Tomy were the permanent judges in the show while there was a Celebrity Guest Judge making the show much spectacular.
