Daivam Sakshi: A movie with a strong social message

As unpredicted things which happen in life, a positive attitude about the future will help human beings to move forward. When expectations turn to become disasters, people find it hard to recover from the pool of catastrophe. While going through the troublesome period, the eyes will turn towards God.

Filmmaker Snehajith tells the tale of a man who has to cross the sea of worries and the way he tackles the situations. The movie titled 'Daivam Sakshi', zooms into the pathetic life of a Gulf return named Iqbal. After spending a major part of his life in the Gulf, Iqbal returns to his home land. Being much ambitious, he desired to spend the rest of his life with his family. With the money that got during his years of work in the desert, Iqbal wished to build and home and also plan a business to run his family.

After having much discussion with his friends, Iqbal decided to set up a store near the temple which sells pooja materials. Even though, there was not a shop which sells pooja items, the conservatives didn't like the act of a person from another religion. As the inauguration was done by a Muslim priest, Iqbal and his activities became a talk among the villagers. Ajmal, the son of Iqbal who has completed his Plus Two course got admission for professional course in a college. Being good at studies, Ajmal was also well accepted as a guitarist too.

As money was much needed to give higher education to Ajmal, his father took loan for the bank as loan. During the time, an old friend of Iqbal visits to invite him for his daughter's marriage. As his friend struggled to pay the dowry, Iqbal gives the money which he has kept for the education of his son. Even though the money was supposed to return in week time, it was not give back after a month. Iqbal comes to know that his friend had done a fraud act and filed a complaint against him.

As the money was not paid in time, the bank decided to take his home. Meanwhile, Iqbal's son with lot of problems left the village in search of job lot of problems. He steps into the city where a bunch of new problems were waiting for him. Scripted by Suresh Kochammani, 'Daivam Sakshi' creamed with suspense and thrills which comes with a social message. Thodupuzha wil be the main location of the movie.

Kalabhavan Mani will play the lead character while Madhupal, Sunil Sukhada, Sivaji Gurivayoor, Kannada actress Abana and Shanthakumari will give life to other prominent characters in the movie. 'Daivam Sakshi' is being produced under the banner A Square Media. For the lyrics of Endiyoor Chandrashekar, the music is being set by S P Venkitesh.
