Aparna Gopinath, who shot to fame through her acting brilliance in her previous ventures, is gearing up to play a police officer's role in her next outing. The actress will be seen in an unseen avatar in 'Onnam Loka Mahayudham' helmed by debutant Sreevarun. Tovino Thomas, her co actor in 'ABCD' will be playing the male lead in the movie.
Scripted by Hariprasad, the movie is a thriller with a tinge of humour having road sequences adding more fun to it. Onnam Loka Mahayudham depicts the love story between a police officer and a doctor. Santhosh Keezhattoor, Chemban Vinod Jose, Joju George, Balu Varghese and Lishoy will be playing key roles in this movie.
Onnam Loka Mahayudham has started in Kochi and will have Palakkad also as major location point. Each actor will be seen in a new get-up including Chemban, who plays a local goon in the movie. Aparna Gopinath, who is known as a well-established theatre artist has proved her acting skill during a short period of time. Tovino's recent releases Koothara and 7th day made him a popular star among the moviegoers. Much is expected from the young actor who has portrayed the politician Akhilesh Varma in Martin Prakatt's 'ABCD: American‑Born Confused Desi'. Before entering acting field, Tovino worked behind the screen as an assistant director for the movie 'Theevram'.
