IUML Candidates List - 2011 Assembly Election
Indian Union of Muslim League announced their candidates for the upcoming state Assembly election. IUML State president Syed Hyderali Shihab Thangal announced the candidates after a meeting the prominent leaders of muslim league. The parliamentary board comprising president E. Ahamed, State general secretary P.K. Kunhalikutty, Sadiq ali shihab Thangal State secretary E.T. Mohammed Basheer and district president Syed Sadikali Shihab Thangal met several times to finalise the list of candidates. Out of the 24 seats, they announced the candidates for 22 seats. The candidates for the remaining two seats, Guruvayoor and Eravipuram will be announced later. Putting end to the rumors, State general secretary P K kunhalikutty will take part in the assembly election as the candidate of Vengara constituency.
