The Art Fest 2011 is an event organized by Sangamithra. As most of the people know Sangamithra is a state level artist organization. It should be noted that Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy will inaugurate the Art Fest 2011 on 17 September 2011. The function will be held at Town Square.
The valedictory function of the Art Fest 2011 will be inaugurated by Kodiyeri Balakrishnan, the Deputy Leader of Opposition on 18 September 2011.
Apart from this note that renowned artists like Kanayi Kunhiraman, M. V. Devan, Surya Krishna Murthy (Chairman of Sangeetha Nataka Academy), Harshitha V V & Balasree Anusree P V will be honored during this function.
One painting in each house or industries will be the main slogan of Sangamithra for tenth year celebrations. P V Valsan Master is the state secretary of Sangamithra while R Anil Kumar is the general convenor of the organizing committee. All the programs will be held as part of the tenth year celebrations of Sangamithra.
