Masters malyalam movie - Prithviraj along with Sasikumar

Masters is the new Malayalam film from the combination of Johny Antony and Prithviraj. This would be the movie which will also be known for the debut of Sasikumar and Piaa Bajpai to Malayalam film industry. Sasikumar has been a well known name in Kerala following the success of films like Nadodigal, Porali in Kerala film theatres. Piaa Bajpai was much appreciated specially for the bubbly character she did in the Tamil film Ko. Both these actors will make their entry to Malayalam with the film masters.

Masters will have Prithviraj donning the central character this time he will be as a police officer Sree Ramakrishnan. Sasikumar plays his best friend Milan who is a leading press reporter in the same city. The story revolves around this duo who is actively involved in the social structures of the city. The film is also about the friendship of the two persons who help one another in various circumstances and takes the life on the instincts. The film Masters has a big star cast which is typical of any Johny Antony film.

The film will be a typical Johny Antony film which will have all the necessary commercial elements of action, songs and sentiments in the proper ratio. Johny Antony is well known for this ability to create a success full film out of scripts that are average. In fact his entry in to Malayalam film industry was through a film which had absolutely no story in it but he created a laughing riot in the theatres with a good script. C.I.D.Moosa is one film no Malayalam film viewers will ever forget in his life. He followed his success with films like Kochi Rajavu, Thuruppugulan, Inspector Garud, Pattanathil Bhootham and cycle. In fact in cycle without any established star cast he made the film a success with a good script that was racy enough to his terms.

Johny Antony can be said to be entering the action gene with the film masters. Masters will be the first film of Johny Antony that can be categorized as a proper action film though he had done films that resembled action films before.

The story and the screen play of the film have been done by Jinu Abraham and the film is produced by U.Shrahthchandhran in the banner of sincere cinemas. The camera will be cranked by Madhu Neelakantan and the makeup department by Pattanam Rasheed.

Masters is bound to one huge release of Prithviraj as this film would be the first release of Prithviraj in the year 2012. he had a successful year in 2011 with his films getting the much needed appreciation. so he would be banging his hopes high on the film masters to succeed to continue the good rune has been having lately.

Masters will get release on March 23 2012 in the theatres all over Kerala.
