The Mar Baselios College of Engineering and Technology was started in the year 2002. This college was affiliated to University of Kerala and approved by AICTE. In this college the students are trained to become excellent knowledge both in their skills and in knowledge. This college has the facilities to the students and staffs like library, hostels, Amenities center, Chapel, Canteen, Central computing facility, Professional Bodies & Clubs, Placement cells and so many. Library: The library has rich collections of academics books. In addition to the academics this college also has enormous collections of journals, personality development, question papers and CD's. Totally around 12000 collections of books and reference materials this college library has. Journal wise this library contains 241 international journals and subscribed 56 international journals and 54 national journals. This library is fully computerized and bar code system has been implemented in this library. Different syllabus CD's are available reference.
Hostel: The Mar Baselios College of Engineering and Technology separate hostel for girls and boys. Different types of rooms are available in hostel like single, twin or dormitory basis. In gents hostel totally 270 students can accommodate. In ladies hostel around 120 students can accommodate. This hostel rooms are furnished and spacious. Medical facility is also available inside the hostel. The environment of hostel is very cool and everyone will like to stay. Strict security is for both girls and boys hostel. Separated warden is also available for hostel students need.
Computer Lab : It plays a major role in teaching computer related subjects. This college has 65 desktops with high configurations. And this computer lab also contains printers, scanner etc. All the systems are installed with dual OS, (Windows and UNIX). All the systems are connected with internet facility with speed up to 6Mbps.
