Asif Ali is one of the future talented actor in Indian film industry. He was born to M .P .Shoukath Ali & Molly in the year 4 February 1986. Asif Ali completed his BBA from Marian College, Kuttikkanam. He was very much interested in acting in films. Before entering into the film industry he was working as a model, as an anchor as well as a programme producer. Asif Ali always believes that anchoring & the job of a programme producer helped him to face camera so easily. Apart from acting Asif Ali is interested in travelling. He enjoys most of the travels with his friends.

Asif Ali started his film career by acting in the film Ritu directed by Shyamaprasad. This was a 2009 Malayalam film produced by Vachan Shetty. In this film the lead roles were played by Asif Ali, Rima Kallingal & Nishan. The cinematography of the film was done by Shamdat. The second film of Asif Ali was Kadha Thudarunnu, which was the 50th film of director Sathyan Anthikkad. This film was produced by Thankachan Emmanual & was released in the year 2010. The music & cinematography of this film was done by Illayaraja & Venu respectively. Asif Ali played the character Shanavas in this film. His next films released in the year 2010 were Apoorvaragam & Best of luck. The film Apoorvaragam directed by Sibi Malayil had won Asif Ali several awards. In 2011 Asif Ali acted in the films Traffic (directed by Rajesh Pillai) & Ithu Nammude Katha (directed by Rajesh Kannakara).
