2. Avoid the consumption of Alcohol other wise it expands the blood vessels, more than needed, and causes patches and sagging of the skin.

3. Sun Protection – Early morning Sun is a great source of Vitamin D, which is very good for skin but the mid day Sun rays can cause dead skin and dangerous tanning. Immense exposure to Sun rays can damage the elasticity of your skin and contribute to the wrinkles and fine lines of aging.

4. Drink plenty of water.

5. Keep your skin clean by using cleansers or by washing the face with milk twice a day.

6 Go for body and face massage. This enhances the blood circulation, which on the other hand adds glow to skin.

7. Adequate sleep. This helps to relax your muscles and rejuvenates them adding on to your energy level.

8. Exercise – Lack of proper Exercise lead the skin to sag, and it becomes loose and you also lack strength. 30 mints morning walks followed by aerobic exercises should be part of your daily activity. Yoga can also be very helpful but under proper guidance.

9. Controlled Food consumption- Consume as much of vegetable food and will retain the youth fullness. Add any one of the food items like Spinach, Beans, Grape Juice, Mustard Sweets and Sweet Potatoes in your Daily food.

10. Skin Care – Due to constant practice of shaving, the skin gets prone to dryness and premature aging, so it is better to use shaving cream with moisturizing content, shave in the direction of the hair growth, use warm water and apply aftershave to save the skin form infection and also to prevent dryness.
