Preview is an upcoming malayalam movie from the debutant director Hashim Marikar. Marikar ads and events will be producing this movie. Preview features five youngsters and one superstar. Maqbool Salman, Nishan, Praveen Prem, Devika, Mumtaz etc are essaying the lead roles in the flick Preview. The team behind the movie has kept the suspense without announcing name of the superstar. The movie is featuring lady music director Gowri Lakshmi (Casanova fame), who had also penned the lyrics. The director Hashim has written the script for the movie Preview.

Maqbool Salman is the son of Ibrahim Kutty, brother of Mammootty. Maqbool debuted through the movie Asuravith alongwith Asif Ali. Now Maqbool has joined with Nishan for the movie Preview. Nishan also had some notable roles in movie like E Adutha Kalath, Rithu, Apoorvaragam.

The movie Preview portrays the life of a director outside the world of movies. The story revolves around a director and five engineering students which depicts their relationships and various incidents followed. The movie will be a campus oriented family suspense thriller.

Already the vibrant posters designed by white makers for the movie had got good response from among the yougsters via social media sites. The movie preview comes with a caption "The man you love to hate". The shooting of the movie is expected to start in September and will hit theatres in 2013.
