No Mr Babu .. you are wrong in stating that "this is the first time that a World Cup Cricket is organizing by more than one country". Reliance sponsored World Cup in 1987 was held in India and Pakistan, the first time that the competition was held outside England. Secondly, the 1992 World Cup was held in Australia and New Zealand. The 1996 championship was held in the Indian subcontinent for a second time, with the inclusion of Sri Lanka as host apart from Pakistan and India. In 2003, South Africa, Zimbabwe and Kenya hosted the World Cup.

Thilakan: A Great Actor
Good piece of writing from Shri Rishin. The cinema Actor Thilakan with his versatality in acting and capability to handle any type of role has no parallel in contemporary Malayalam film world. Though he is not recognised with laurels that he deserved for his contributions to Malayalam Cinema, his name is taken with fondness and reverence by all Malayalam cinema lovers. Thilakan is a unique actor who can teach others how to act and handle vrey tough roles. He, for me, is outspoken and uncompromising in nature, which has ruined him. Keralites firmly believe that Shri Thilakan will come back to the Malayalam film world with a great character role.

In India, Mobiles for Senior Citizens is launched in August by Munoth Communications based in Chennai. The special features are (a) Large Keypad (b) Large screen (c)Torch (d) Sturdy Body (e) Inbuilt GPS and (f) Red SOS button. SOS button is at the back. In Emergency situations, if pressed, siren will come out in the vicinity and at the same time, 10 Pre-set SMSes will be flashed to the relations, friends, Ambulance and to the Insurance Co. It even alerts if some body else try to take it out from the Suitcase. The phones emit low radiation and have a longer standby battery. Munoth Communications, Chennai is launching 9 models and they are outsourced from China and Hong Kong. Earlier they were the Distributors for Siemens and Panasonic phones. Actress Kozhikode Shanta Devi passed away
The Actress Shanta Devi was actually living in character roles particularly in films like Bridge as the aged mother of Salim kumar. Her malabari style of dialogue presentation is typical and
sans parallel. The respects she deserved was not forthcoming from her fellow workers of filmdom when she was living and her colleagues proved once again even on her demise. May her soul rest in peace.
