ICC World Cup 2011 will get under way on 19th February 2011 in Dhaka, with hosts Bangladesh taking on co-hosts India. ICC World Cup 2011 is the 10th ICC World Cup. In this post I have tried to include all the necessary information regarding teams, stadiums, matches etc. ICC World Cup 2011 will come to an end on 2nd April 2011.

ICC World Cup 2011 will get under way from Feb 19th 2011 at Dhaka, Bangladesh. The opening match will be between hosts Bangladesh and co-hosts India. This world cup is co-hosted by three nations, India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. Finals will be played on April 2nd at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai. This post lists out Teams, players, captains, matches and stadiums where various matches will be played. I have tried to assemble all related information gathered from various web portals so that cricket aficianados can use this as a one-stop reference.

There are total 14 teams, divided into two groups: Group A and Group B
