The Supreme Court on Thursday decided that the clearing of the documentation and preservation of assets in the Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple should be completed before opening the Volt B. The Expert panel, for directing the documentation and preservation of asset, will requested for a one-year-time to the court for the scientific evaluation of the assets and they informed that the process will start immediately. Mr. C V Anandabose is heading the expert panel, who is the Vice Chancellor of National Museum Institute.

The panel was submitted about 16 proposals to the court, in which 15 proposals are accepted by the court now. The director of the panel said that "the expert committee will met on next week for deciding that quick completion of scientific evaluation of assets.

One of the accepted proposals of the expert panel is that they need a permanent office for these evaluation works, now they are working from a temporary office, because they want to keep their documentation confidently. The Justice of the Supreme Court RV Rveendran handed oven the security of the temple to Central paramilitary forces, had directed the state government to provide perfect security on the temple and its assets.

According to the decision of Supreme Court bench the management of the temple should allow Rs.25 lakh per year for the security and the documentation of the temple and the balance amount should allow by the state government. The court also said that there should not invited tenders from private teams to take up the contract work for preservation of the temple assets. The court has confirmed that it should be done by the Electronic Development Corporation(Keltron).
