Veruthe Alla Bharya Grand Finale Live on Mazhavil Manorama - 29th April 2012

Mazhavil Manorama an entertainment channel from the house of Malayama Manorama had become a house hold name in a span of less than 6 months. The channel which was started on October 30th has got sticky in the hearts of millions of Keralites with a number of programmes. Hats off to the team behind each programme which makes the channel stand undisputedly in front among other channels in Malayalam.

Verthe Alla Bharya was a new concept to the world of Malayalam television which had broken all records with the number of viewers while people started rescheduling their routine works just to watch this innovative thought. Verthe Alla Bharya in Mazhavil Manorama has got appreciation from among the critics too who rates this programme as 'very very special'. The concept of Veruthe Alla Bharya anchored by actress Swetha Menon is not just a program with sequence of episodes but a visual treat chained with innovative ideas. 15 couples who selected from thousands of young pairs after auditions reached the platform of Mazhavil Manorama to compete for the grand prize of a flat worth 60 lakhs. The couples had to encounter with various tasks which was initiated to test their performance in and out. As the game progressed to the next level, tasks become harder to work out which eventually turned to be the 'survival of the fittest'.



In the second level, Mind Mapping a concept to test the inner strength of each husband really turned out to 'burn the fat' not only of the participants but also of millions of viewers. The programme judges the mutual acceptance among the couples and also focuses on their visualization of the living world. After the 2 eliminations, 6 couples were left in the cage to compete for the grand finale.
