Rosapookalam: A campus story with elements of suspense

Shakti Vasudevan, who started his acting debut at the age of 7 is much known as a young actor much prominent in tamil film industry. More than being the son of actor P Vasu, Shakthi has shown his acting brilliance in various movies.

Now the youngster is gearing up to don an important role in Anil K Nair's second venture 'Rosapookalam'. Scripted by Lijeesh Kumar, being a campus story, the movie revolves around four friends. Vinay Forrt Prathap Pothen and Joy Mathew will give life to prominent characters. Produced under the banner Limelight Movie Home, 'Rosapookalam' will kick start from October.

The movie is also regarded as a perfect launch pad for Shakthi who was eagerly waiting for the right moment. Anil who has earlier directed 'Pulliman' featuring Kalabhavan Mani and Meera Nanda in lead was much confident to approach Shakthi. Impressed by the way Anil narrated the script, Shakthi also considered the production and technical side.

He will play a prominent role in the movie which also stars his childhood friend Krish. Shakthi wishes to gain more experience and aims to perform well to make his presence alive in the malayalam film industry. With all praise over the acting skill of Mohanlal, Shakthi has high opinion about the quality of movies produced here. In the meantime, actor Vinay Forrt is shuttling from location to location in order to compromise with his dates.

After a struggling initial period, the actor who has made a commandable position in the industry is ready to give life to inventive characters. Vinay will play as an internationally reputed psychologist in this campus thriller. He is also doing key roles in Alphonse Putharen's 'Premam' and 'Njan Ninnodu Koodeyundu'.

Director Anil who has much knowledge about the taste of the present generation movie lovers would deliver a visual treat through 'Rosapookalam' which will be creamed with humour and thrills.
