Hair is one important thing that look after so good to get it shiny and fresh, especially women.To get it black and shiny is really a tough job. If its like that in summers then what about monsoon.it gets hectic. The high humidity in air makes our hair dull and rough. The humidity in air prevents the hair from drying hence giving us head aches. After that it results in hair breakage, hair fall, split ends etc. It also causes scalp diseases. As hair goes wet and when we tie them up it causes odor in hair.

Lets have a look how we can can prevent and care our hair in monsoon season;
1.It is advised to use curd or refined oil at least for 45min a day for those who have dandruff.
2.For the growth of hair combing is also a good factor.
3.Try to avoid hair straightening and coloring as it takes long time to dry.
4.Use of shampoo is not advisable however using herbal shampoo is good.
5.Apply neem oil in case if you have itching or lice in your hair.

Hope these will keep our hair good and strong.
