1. Pranchiyettan and the Saint
Pranchiyettan and the Saint is one of the most successful Malayalam satirical film of 2010 which is written, directed and produced by Ranjith. Mammootty plays the lead role in the film supported by Priyamani,Jesse Fox Allen, Innocent, Siddique, Khushboo, Jagathy Sreekumar and Biju Menon. This film has a pecularity which features the work of five National Award-winning artists: Mammootty, Priyamani, Renjith, Venu Isc (the cinematographer of the film) and Ouseppachan, who had done the music for the film.

Elsamma Enna Aankutty is another splendid 2010 Malayalam film directed by Lal Jose. Elsamma Enna Aankutty stars Kunchacko Boban, Ann Augustine, Indrajith, Manikuttan and Vani Kishore in lead roles.
3. Shikkar
Shikkar is a 2010 Malayalam film starring Mohanlal and Sneha in lead roles, directed by Padmakumar, produced by Tetco Rajagopal and written by S. Suresh Babu. Lakshmi Gopalaswamy, Ananya of Tamil film Naadodigal fame and Mythili are in supporting roles. As a Ramzan release this film had performed extremely well at the box office.
4. In Ghost House Inn
In Ghost House Inn is a 2010 comedy horror Malayalam film written, directed, and co-produced by Lal,and starring Mukesh, Jagadish, Siddique and Ashokan in the lead roles. This film is a sequel to the movies 2 Harihar Nagar (2009) and In Harihar Nagar (1990). It was produced by Lal and P. N. Venugopal under the banner of Lal Creations and PNV Associates.
5. Happy Husbands
Happy Husbands is a 2010 successful film directed by Saji Surendran. Jayaram, Bhavana, Indrajith, Rima Kallingal, Jayasurya and Samvrutha Sunil play the lead roles. The story of the film was inspired from the Tamil movie Charlie Chaplin and the Bollywood film No Entry. This is the second film from the Saji Surendran-Krishna Poojappura-Jayasurya team, after the hit movie Ivar Vivahitharayal.
6. Kuttysrank
Kutty Srank is a 2009 Malayalam film directed by Shaji N. Karun. Mammootty played the title role for the film. The film was produced by Reliance Entertainment under the banner of Big Motion Pictures. The star cast also includes Kamalinee Mukherjee, Padmapriya, Meenakumari, Wahida, Saikumar and Siddique.
7. Mummy and Me
Mummy & Me is another box office hit of 2010 directed by Jithu Joseph. Mummy & Me stars Kunchacko Boban, Archana Kavi, Mukesh, Lalu Alex, Urvashi, Shari, Janardhanan, and Anoop Menon.
8. Pokkiri Raja
Pokkiri Raja is a 2010 Malayalam film starring Mammootty, Prithviraj and Shriya Saran in the lead roles. The film was directed by debutante Vyshakh Abraham and the music was done by Jassie Gift. This was Shriya Saran's first Malayalam film.
9. Malarvadi Arts Club
Malarvaadi Arts Club is a 2010 Malayalam film which is the directoral debut of popular Malayalam singer Vineeth Sreenivasan. The film is produced by Malayalam actor Dileep. The cast of this film five young boys and two girls were selected through a talent hunt.The movie opened in 60 cinemas on July 16, 2010 was declared an instant hit at the box office.
10. Cocktail
Cocktail is a 2010 Malayalam thriller film directed by Arun Kumar. It stars Jayasurya, Anoop Menon, Samvrutha Sunil, Fahad Fazil and Innocent. The film is written by Anoop Menon and is an adaptation of the English movie Butterfly on a Wheel. The movie was well received by the audience of Kerala.
