How we can avoid over fatigue?
Our weakness and fatigue will affect our job and daily routines. How we can avoid our weakness and fatigue? There are lot of ways to avoiding our fatigue and weakness. We can behave smart and energetic at any time. Some remedies are given here is more helpful to peoples especially for working women.
1. Do not avoid breakfast. Eating at the morning will accelerating the process of digestion and giving more energy. We can include eddaly, dosa, uppumavu and wheat food products.
2. Do exercise daily at morning. Morning exercise giving more energy. We can do exercise like cycling, swimming, jogging etc.
3. Decrease the usage of salt and sugar in your food instead we can increase the usage of salad and fruits.
4. We must use the rich carbohydrates and fiber content food like grains, oats, egg and milk. We must include lot of greenish vegetables in your diet. We can also eat dried grapes and cashew nuts some times.
5. Use Vitamin C enriched foods like lemon, Orange, gooseberry, grains and Vitamin B contained foods like cashew nuts, potato, mushrooms etc.
6. Drink eight glasses of water per for maintain the water content in our body.
7. Drink juices like lemon juice, cucumber juice, grapes juice. For getting more energy we can drink grape juice mix with lemon.
8. Dip Badam 12 hrs in water and make the paste of it and mix with butter. We can eat this paste daily to getting more energy.
9. Dip 5 or 6 dates in water for 12 hours, remove its seed and make the juice of it's in a juicer. We can use this juice 2 times in a week, make you are more energetic and active.
10. Do not eat much more food at night; at the same time do not avoid food at night. To decrease the quantity of food at night we can eat more vegetable salads.
